Diafra Sakho
On his way out of the club or just speculation? Personally think we should keep him unless he wants out

Re: Diafra Sakho
12 yrs, that's a stretch. I emigrated to Spain 20 years ago for a couple of years and although I loved it, I never felt it was home. Made the right decision coming back, but still miss along with my family the weather and outside pursuits mainly.

Not speaking the language made things difficult, although we tried and always thought it would have been a lot easier if we had moved to an English speaking country like the US or oz.

Not worth posting about, doubt we will see him in a West Ham shirt for long if at all.

Must say I'm highly suspicious about some of these long term injuries, anyone else think there might have been some other reason he couldn't play for a fixed period.

Re: Diafra Sakho
Always rated him even tho he has spent most of his time sulking and being injured. Genuinly the hardest working player i have seen in the shirt since scott parker. Hope he can regain the form he had when he started with us

Key to our revenge against Arsenal - Sakho 3, AC 2

Re: Diafra Sakho
Not really sure why so many think he'll score a few. Missed loafs of sitters last season.

Hopefully he will and it's because he hasn't been fully fit since the first injury when he was in his good run of form.

I have my doubts though.

He will need at least 6 games to get match fit, at least. But the lad has goals in him and hope he stays and gets on with it.

Re: Diafra Sakho
I hope he still has a future here next season. Great player on his day, and if he gets his nut down, and gets back to some of his early form, it's almost like a new signing.

Re: Diafra Sakho
Sounds like he reckons he's ready now but the medics and manager reckon Hull is too soon to risk him. They righfully point out that trainging is not the same as a match because you can control your movements more on the training pitch, whereas a full speed PL game has a lot of chaos.

In their eyes, he might make the Asenal match, but that may also be too soon to risk him.

Hat-trick tommorow, then.

Re: Diafra Sakho
Spoke to him today. He believes he will be back for Hull.

Lets see if he was right. Not sure if he has traveled. Spoke to him again yesterday and he was desperate to, but he had to convince Bilic today. He reckons he will score 2 goals when he starts a game...

Having been under the impression that it was unlikely we'd see much, if anything of the feller this season, we now get this:

I bet he's been playing for the past 4 months in Africa somewhere and it's his twin brother that has been choking up the treatment room !!
